The Gran Frascati is our flagship design, available as a two or three bed home, it holds a myriad of design features that are bound to impress. Successfully merging the rustic, reclamation-style furniture pieces, unfinished wooden flooring and textured feature pieces with clean contemporary aesthetics and sumptuous soft furnishings, this home is full of character and bang on trend. Key Features

The large entrance hallway of this home is flooded with light by windows either side of the front door, creating a bright and spacious welcoming area. A set of glazed double doors and an internal glazed window effectively separate the hallway and the bedrooms from the open plan kitchen, dining and living area without enclosing the space.

Lounge

Decorated in a cool, contemporary grey and blue colour palette the open plan living area features bulkheads with recessed down lights that provide ambient lighting, as well as a recessed, down-lit slate wall adorned with a sleek wall-mounted fire, central TV point and firewood-filled inglenooks. A large 3 metre set of bi-folding doors means that this area is well illuminated by natural light and the option of in-built electric Venetian blinds allow this light source to be controlled remotely.

The lounge area within our Gran Frascati offers various feature points and aesthetic treats. As you walk in from the grand entry way through the double glazed doors, you’re immediately drawn to the large split face slate feature wall. The feature wall is the main television point in the unit however it also features a bio-ethanol, 100% efficient flue less fireplace with minimal, clean lines, fitting perfectly into its surroundings. We have included four inglenooks around the feature wall and filled them with firewood, which gives a rustic addition to this modern interior however the capacity is there for these to become shelving displays/ornament displays/bookshelves. It’s fitted with a wireless Bluetooth/DAB sound system connected to the TV in the main living area, master bedroom and en-suite. Integrated electric blinds are fitted into the bi-fold doors.

Dining Area

The dining area is dominated by an incredible light fitting which befits the wood floors and rustic table perfectly. A large reclaimed wooden chandelier chain hung above a large six seat table.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fantastically well equipped, however still in keeping the minimal lines and aesthetics throughout the rest of the lodge. The kitchen features; 2 x single ovens, 1 x microwave, 1 x steam microwave, 1 x ‘gas on glass’ hob and 70/30 split fridge freezer and even a wine cooler. A large walk in pantry offers as much storage spaces you could need for non-perishable goods. The main centrepiece to the kitchen is the enormous quartz worktop, at its largest dimension it is 2.6 x 1.2 metres. The worktop has a breakfast bar and stools which is the perfect place for a drink and socialising.

Bedrooms

The master suite is equipped with a full king size bed, straddled by two matching bedside tables. The dresser unit at the base of the bed is matching to the bedside tables. The bulkhead lighting above the bed is perfect for reading and mood lighting, switched by the bedside you’ll never have to jump out of bed again. The amount of storage in the room has been kept to a minimum to make the room feel uncluttered. There is masses of storage in the walk through wardrobe, offering various hanging and drawer storage.
In the other bedrooms more bulkhead-mounted down lights provide mood lighting, fitted wardrobes provide ample storage space and venetian mirrored furniture pieces reflect the light to give an ultra sleek, modern feel.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom is fitted with a large and luxurious walk-in shower and the master bedroom en-suite features a 1.8 metre bathtub sat on an elevated plinth with recessed spotlights. The warm light emitted from the mood lighting creates a calming ambiance making this the perfect place to relax and unwind.
